Returns

We offer a 7-Day Easy Return policy for eligible items. Your return must meet the following conditions:

Eligibility for Return:

Returned within 7 days of delivery.
Item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition.
Original packaging, tags, box, and invoice must be included.

Non-Returnable Items:

Personalized or engraved jewelry
Customized or resized pieces
Gift-wrapped items
Items showing wear or damage not caused in transit

Return Shipping:

We cover return shipping only if the item is damaged or incorrect.
For all other reasons (e.g. change of mind), return shipping is paid by the customer.

Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch at no extra cost.
Once dispatched, cancellation isn’t possible. However, you can initiate a return after delivery (as per return policy).

Refund Process

We’ll notify you once we receive and inspect your returned item.
If approved, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
For prepaid orders cancelled before shipping, refund is processed within 24–48 hours.
