Returns

We offer a 7-Day Easy Return policy for eligible items. Your return must meet the following conditions:

Eligibility for Return:

  • Returned within 7 days of delivery.
  • Item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition.
  • Original packaging, tags, box, and invoice must be included.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Personalized or engraved jewelry
  • Customized or resized pieces
  • Gift-wrapped items
  • Items showing wear or damage not caused in transit

Return Shipping:

  • We cover return shipping only if the item is damaged or incorrect.
  • For all other reasons (e.g. change of mind), return shipping is paid by the customer.

Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch at no extra cost.
  • Once dispatched, cancellation isn’t possible. However, you can initiate a return after delivery (as per return policy).

Refund Process

  • We’ll notify you once we receive and inspect your returned item.
  • If approved, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
  • For prepaid orders cancelled before shipping, refund is processed within 24–48 hours.
