24-Hour Return & Exchange Policy
You may request a return or exchange within 24 hours of delivery, provided the product meets the conditions below.
Eligibility Criteria
- Return/exchange request must be initiated within 24 hours of receiving your order.
- Item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition.
- Must include original packaging, invoice, and tags.
- Product must be securely packed in bubble wrap to avoid damage during transit.
- A 360° unboxing video showing the package being opened is mandatory for damage, missing, or incorrect item claims.
Non-Returnable Items
- Customized, engraved, handmade, or resized items.
- Gift-wrapped or free promotional products.
- Items marked as “Final Sale” or heavily discounted.
- Used or damaged items (not caused in transit).
- International orders.

- Mention your order number and reason for exchange.

Shipping Costs
- If the item is damaged or incorrect, we will arrange free reverse pickup.
- For other reasons (e.g., size issue, change of mind), both-way shipping charges are borne by the customer.
- Items must reach us within 5 working days from return approval.
Exchange Outcome
- All returned items undergo a quality inspection. Refunds or exchanges are approved based on this review.
- Once approved, we will issue a store credit coupon equal to the item value.
- If the item was received damaged or incorrect, we will promptly send a replacement.
- Store credit coupon will be sent within 7–10 business days and is valid for 6 months.
- No cash refunds — all eligible returns are settled via store credit or gift card.
Additional Notes & Conditions
Handcrafted Variations:
- Some pieces are handmade and may have natural embellishments.
- Slight polish, finish, or texture variations are part of the craft and not defects.
Color Accuracy Disclaimer:
- Actual shades may vary slightly due to screen resolution differences.
Missing Items in Returns:
- We reserve the right to deduct up to the full MRP of any missing items, including promotional products or free gifts.
Reverse Pickup Responsibility:
- Please ensure availability when the reverse pickup is scheduled.
- Failure to respond to courier calls may delay resolution.
Non-Serviceable Pincodes:
- Return via India Post or a reliable courier if reverse pickup is unavailable.
- We reimburse up to ₹99 for return shipping; any excess is deducted from store credit.
- Customer is responsible for ensuring safe and complete delivery to our warehouse.
